KUALA LUMPUR: The agricultural sector has a lot of potential and it is important this is realised fully, said International Trade and Industry Minister II Datuk Seri Ong Ka Chuan.
He said agricultural exports rose by 27.4% to RM26.1bil from January to April this year, adding that the increase in exports of palm oil, palm oil-based products and natural rubber contributed to the positive results.
