KOTA KINABALU: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) seized a local fishing boat suspected to be involved in fish bombing in the waters off Pulau Sepanggar.
Kota Kinabalu MMEA director First Admiral Adam Aziz said the boat was spotted near Pulau Sepanggar on Saturday.
