Part-time model freed of drug charge


BUKIT MERTAJAM: Part-time model Ng Pei Ven, who allegedly drove against the traffic causing a fatal road accident in March, has been freed of a charge of administering drugs to herself.

Magistrate Jamaliah Abd Manap ordered Ng to be acquitted yesterday after DPP Kamaliza Md Zin informed the court that her urine test result came back negative.
