KUALA LUMPUR: The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has identified 400 information providers and will visit them as part of its effort to increase direct tax collection and widen its tax base.
The visit will be carried out over two days to obtain relevant information to enable the board to take action against those who do not pay their taxes, especially repeat defaulters.
