KUALA LUMPUR: King Bhumibol Adulyadej will long be remembered as a source of stabi­lity and pride to the people of Thailand, said Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

“He was seen by his subjects as a father to his people as well as an innovator who introduced new agricultural techniques,” the Deputy Prime Minister wrote in his condolence message to the Thai royal family at the embassy here yesterday.
