Perak PKR secretary charged again over 2013 rally

IPOH: Perak PKR secretary Mohammad Anuar Zakaria (pic) has been charged again under the Peaceful Assembly Act for organising a rally in 2013.

Anuar was charged again following the Court of Appeal's ruling that Section 9(1) of the Act is constitutional.
