Tebrau MCA chief resigns post

JOHOR BARU: Tebrau MCA division chief Khoo Soo Seang (pic) has tendered his resignation from his post effective Oct 1.

When contacted by The Star, Khoo, the 71-year-old Tebrau MP, confirmed his resignation, citing that he wanted to give younger and upcoming leaders in the division a free hand to prepare for the coming general election.
