Doctor: Vital to vaccinate all kids


PETALING JAYA: The Government must resolve the issue of unvaccinated immigrant children, especially undocumented ones, as they pose a health risk to the general population, said the Malaysian Paediatric Association.

Its president Dr Thiyagar Nadarajaw said currently, immigrants needed to show their documents before receiving treatment and if they had none, doctors were not allowed to vaccinate them.
