PASIR PUTEH: PAS has reiterated the party's stand that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) is forbidden as it does not fulfil the tax conditions outlined by the Ulama.
Its Dewan Ulama chief Datuk Dr Mahfodz Mohamed (pic) said that GST was haram (forbidden) for failing several conditions.
