Eco World-UK chief executive officer Cheong Heng Leong said more than half of the 197 units of Legacy Building 1 - one of the three apartment blocks in phase 2 - had been taken up.
Embassy Gardens Phase 2 will have 709 luxury units and 163 affordable units, and an estimated gross development value of 957 million pounds.
