KUALA LUMPUR: Two policemen were injured after they were slashed with machetes while carrying out an operation at a vacant house in Cheras.
City CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Zainuddin Ahmad said that the incident occurred at about 10.50pm on Friday when the two officers from the Cheras Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department were carrying out an operation at the house, suspected of being a drug addict haunt, in Kampung Tangki Air, Jalan Kuari near here.
