Malaysian detained in China


JOHOR BARU: A 37-year-old man who introduced and set up a business deal between two individuals ended up being detained in China by the authorities after the deal went sour.

Businessman Chieng Ching Hui and partner Ah Lim brokered a deal to exchange a certain amount of Venezuelan Bolivar (VEF) currency notes into US dollars.
