KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia is working towards getting China to recognise the results of its Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Chinese Language paper so that China-bound students who do well in the subject need not sit for another proficiency test.
Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon said his officers would be travelling to Beijing soon for more talks on this matter with their Chinese counterparts.
