KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin was suspended because he had failed as Umno’s deputy president, said party secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
"He was supposed to help the president but he didn't do that. So he failed as a deputy president, and we suspended his position. We don't need him," he said.
