PETALING JAYA: The Year of the Fire Monkey has fanned 61-year-old Dr Chew Eng Khuan’s (pic) burning passion for life-long learning and is going back to school.
He started his PhD at a private university in Kuala Lumpur and hopes to graduate in 2018.
