PETALING JAYA: A chemical and rubber products manufacturing business owner says he might be forced to move his operations to a neighbouring country if the cost becomes unbearable.
“If it gets too expensive, I am thinking of moving to Rubber City in Hat Yai, Thailand, as the labour cost is much cheaper there,” said Ong Chee Tat, who is also the SME Association of Malaysia’s deputy president.
