GEORGE TOWN: An MP has expressed concern that the Government’s move to limit houses priced at RM300,000 to first-time buyers will discourage developers from building more affordable units.

Datuk Keramat MP Jagdeep Singh Deo, who is also state Housing Committee chairman, said the move was a good one but he was worried that developers would not build anything priced at less than RM300,000 because they would not be able to earn much profit.
