KAMPAR: A workshop owner was beaten with a metal rod by his neighbour when he confronted the man on the dumping of cat faeces at and around his shop.
Tsoi Chew Chin, 52, is said to have endured the situation for some 10 years but finally had enough on Saturday, when faeces was flung at his head.
