PETALING JAYA: The divorce case between Malaysian tycoon Tan Sri Khoo Kay Peng and his estranged wife Pauline Chai (pic) can continue in Britain, the Court of Appeal there has ruled.
According to newspaper The Telegraph, Khoo had attempted to challenge the decision by a British High Court to allow proceedings to continue there. The three appeal judges on Friday, however, ruled against him.
