KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines has succeeded in setting aside an arbitration award given to its pilots association over the duty roster and days off.
The award was set aside on Tuesday by High Court Judicial Commissioner Abu Bakar Jais, said MAS lead counsel Ang Hean Leng after the decision was made in chambers.
