Don’t spread false information on floods


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Armed Forces and Malaysian Royal Police have reminded the public not to spread rumours or false information on the floods that are anticipated to affect several states during the monsoon season.

The reminder from Chief of Armed Forces General Tan Sri Dr Zulkifeli Mohd Zin and Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar was aimed at ensuring the information did not affect the operation of the security forces involved.
