PUTRAJAYA: Datuk V.K. Lingam (pic) will appeal the Malaysian Bar’s decision to ban him from practising law.
When contacted on Friday, Lingam’s lawyer R.Thayalan, who handled the case during the hearing by the Advocate’s & Solicitors Disciplinary Board, said that his client would exercise his rights under the Legal Profession Act 1976 and appeal to the High Court.
