KUALA LUMPUR: A former cadet officer, who initiated judicial review proceedings against a university for terminating her studies on the grounds that she was married, claims that she has been discriminated against.
Nurul Shamimi Zainul Ariffin, a former medical student, told the High Court that she had never breached any agreement with the university.
