Taxi driver arrested for bulldozing past military hospital checkpoint

KUALA LUMPUR: A mentally-ill taxi driver has been arrested after almost ploughing into a military officer at the Tuanku Mizan Military Hospital (HATTM) security checkpoint.

A closed circuit television (CCTV) footage of the incident went viral on social media last week.
