Muhyiddin greeted by supporters in 'I am not a yes man' t-shirts at KLIA

SEPANG: Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin was greeted by several supporters clad in “I am not a yes man” t-shirts on his return from a two-week trip to Australia.

Supporters gathered at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) as early as 7.30am on Wednesday to welcome the Umno deputy president, who was dropped as deputy prime minister in the July 28 Cabinet reshuffle.

The quote “I am not a yes man” is in reference to a reported statement by Muhyiddin over his views on the 1Malaysia Development Berhad issue.

Among the supporters gathered at the airport was Muhyiddin’s elder brother Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Yassin.

The crowd cheered when Muhyiddin and his wife Puan Sri Noorainee Abdul Rahman emerged at the KLIA arrivals area.

Supporters hugged and shook hands with Muhyiddin, and one gifted him a t-shirt, which he held up for photographers.
