PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court upheld the death sentence on a security guard who killed his friend’s teenage daughter and then torched the body in an oil palm plantation about four years ago.
A five-member panel chaired by Court of Appeal president Justice Md Raus Sharif unanimously dismissed D. Kalaiselvan's appeal against his conviction and death sentence.
