KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has advised The United Chinese School Committees’ Association to resolve its internal problems amicably.
The association, also known as Dong Zong, is facing a leadership crisis with two factions, one lead by chairman Dr Yap Kiam @ Yap Sin Tian and the other by secretary-general Poh Chin Chuan.
