Suspect seeks court order against police supervision

KUALA LUMPUR: A suspected gang leader is seeking a court order to remove his name from a registry under the Prevention of Crime Act.

Balankumaran M Sanasee, 47, is asking a High Court to quash the decision of the Prevention of Crime Board dated June 4 last year which ordered him to be kept under police supervision for three years.
