ALOR SETAR: The achievements of Datuk Tan Huat Seang in the property business is a tale of a small time contractor made good, said Kedah Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCCI) president Datuk Sunny Hoe Thean Sun.

“His life was a rags to riches story. From a small time contractor, he worked his way up to the top,” said Hoe, one of the many in Kedah’s construction industry who knew Tan.
