Kelantan Sultan supports move to implement Syariah Criminal Code

KOTA BARU: The Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V supports the state government's efforts to implement the Syariah Criminal Code II 1993.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Third Term of the 13th State Assembly Sitting at the Kompleks Kota Darulnaim on Monday, the Sultan said he was made to understand that the state government would present the private member's bill in Parliament to enable its implementation in Kelantan.
