PETALING JAYA: Former Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim has alleged that Selangor has granted an operating licence to Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (SPLASH), a move he believed would be counterproductive to take ownership of the water assets in the state.
