Isis has nothing to do with IS says Shahidan


KUALA LUMPUR: The Institute for Strategic and International Studies Malaysia (Isis) and has nothing to do with the terror group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (IS), said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim (pic).

"The Government's official stance is that the Institute for Strategic and International Studies Malaysia (Isis) has nothing to do with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria as widely reported in the international media," he said in reply to a supplementary question from Datuk Norah Abd Rahman (BN-Tanjong Manis) on Thursday.
