Subra: Party can move forward and focus on helping Barisan

Easy and very ‘app’-ful: Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam, assisted by food safety division officer Teh Wai Fiew, using the ‘MyNutriDiari’ app to scan the barcode on a food packet at his ministry in Putrajaya. Earlier, the minister launched a healthy eating campaign in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations. — Bernama

PUTRAJAYA: The 2009 MIC central working committee (CWC) will abide by the Registrar of Societies’ (RoS) directive to conduct re-elections despite objections from the party president.

Deputy president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said the 2009 CWC would implement the recommendations of the RoS so the party could move forward and focus on helping Barisan Nasional do better in the next general election.
