SEGAMAT: The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) has issued some 140 additional temporary permits or Temporary Transition Licences (LPS) for bus services in conjunction with Chinese New Year.
SPAD chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar said Monday that the commission expects to see more applications for the permits.
