PUTRAJAYA: The meeting of 90 MIC division heads chaired by party deputy president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur last Saturday is illegal, said Datuk Seri G. Palanivel.
The MIC president said on Monday that the meeting was held in contravention of the provisions of the party constitution and therefore, any decision made or resolution passed at the meeting would also be illegal, and of no effect.
