KUALA LUMPUR: Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan who sued his former employer Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for allegedly misusing his position and influence to sodomise him, succeeded in amending his statement of claim for defamation.
His lawyer Zamri Idrus said Judicial Commissioner Azizul Azmi Adnan allowed his client’s application to amend his statement with RM1,000 in costs.
