Floods: Mitigating measures needed, says Dr Wee

KOTA BARU: Mitigating measures are needed to curb the annual occurrence of floods in the east coast.

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong (pix) said that it is time to identify the cause of the floods here.
