MALACCA: Malacca MCA has hailed the efforts of a boutique hotel owner to promote English by adopting the Gavel Club of St Francis Institution, an affiliate of Toastmaster International.
State MCA liaison committee deputy chairman Datuk Gan Tian Loo praised the Ujong Pasir Settlement Hotel’s contribution as “extraordinary”.
