KUALA LUMPUR: A Sessions Court has granted an application by PKR vice president N. Surendran to refer two constitutional issues over his sedition charge to the High Court.
They are whether the Sedition Act is according to the Federal Constitution and whether the Act contravenes Articles 10, 8 and 5 of the Federal Constitution.
