Court of Appeal upholds defamation ruling against former Selangor Chin Woo president

PUTRAJAYA: A former Selangor Chin Woo Athletic Association president has to pay another ex-president RM500,000 for defaming him, following a Court of Appeal ruling that affirmed a High Court decision.

Datuk Dr Low Bin Tick was ordered by a KL High Court on June 26, 2012 to pay Datuk Chong Tho Chin RM500,000 in damages after losing a consolidated defamation suit.
