KUALA LUMPUR: The Cabinet is coming up with flood mitigation plans for Terengganu and Cameron Highlands, said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai on Monday.
Liow, who is also Transport Minister, said the move was mooted by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
