Ex-cop: Police and Government fully responsible to pay damages


PUTRAJAYA: A former police constable is contending that the police and the Government are fully responsible to pay damages to the family of suspected car thief A. Kugan, who died while in police custody.

V. Navindran said that being his former employer, the two parties could not abdicate their duty and responsibility to their em­­ployee.
