GEORGE TOWN: Stern action must be taken against the unruly mob which disrupted a talk on the Sedition Act by Gerakan Hapus Akta Hasutan (GHAH) at the Esplanade on Sunday.
Bersih (north) vice-chairman Datuk Dr Toh Kin Woon said the group's act of attempting to instigate fear was one of hooliganism.
