Man Bai cries foul over wife’s affair

SINGER Man Bai is seeking legal action against a Singaporean whom he claimed is having an affair with his wife.

The singer, whose real name is Abdul Rahman Osman, said he could no longer tolerate the man’s immoral behaviour, especially after he had warned the latter to stop the affair.

“I have warned him before but it looks like he wants to challenge me. I have proof and I will show it to the authorities in a day or two,” said the 47-year-old singer.

Harian Metro reported that Man Bai had claimed that his wife and the man had an affair through Facebook between 2008 and 2012.

“When I found out about their relationship in 2012, I told both of them to end it.

“Things were all right after that but last week, I detected the same man who used a different identity to contact my wife on Facebook,” he said.

Man Bai claimed that things were getting out of hand and he could no longer tolerate it, adding that he was still hoping to save his marriage of 23 years.

“I know that people say it takes two to tango but only my wife and I know the real story,” he added.

Actress and producer A Aida has filed a suit against her former husband Deputy Superintendent Suffian Sulaiman for failing to pay child support since the couple split last year.

Aida, 42, filed the suit in the Federal Territory Syariah Court and the case will be heard on Oct 16.

“I have to do this because I am disappointed with my ex-husband, who is irresponsible towards the well-being of our son. He can afford to pay child support. Furthermore, it is his responsibility,” she said.

She is seeking RM1,300 a month for her son Muhammad Rahul, six, which she claimed has not been paid since May last year.
