Rayer charged with sedition over vulgar remarks

GEORGE TOWN: Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer has been charged in a Sessions Court here over remarks he allegedly uttered during a state assembly sitting in May.

Rayer, 42, denied uttering the remark.
