Flash floods were reported in several areas causing traffic to slow down from the Cheras roundabout and 9th mile toll plaza to the Taman Billion roundabout at 6pm.
Traffic was also reportedly slow in the surrounding areas, from Bandar Tun Razak to Taman Connaught on the East West link.
