Two guards held over Mabul attack

SEMPORNA: Two security guards of the Mabul Water Bungalows Resort have been detained for investigations into Saturday’s killing of a marine policeman and the abduction of his colleague during an attack by Filipino gunmen.

Semporna police chief Supt Mazlan Mohamed Lazim said the security guards, aged 42 and 44, were arrested after they turned up at the police headquarters at about 6am yesterday.
