IPOH: Perak Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon has clarified that the death of an elderly woman at the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital here in March was caused by her deteriorating condition and not by the removal of electro-cardiogram wires and drip hose from her body.
He said the removal of electrodes and medical equipment from Agnes Liu Soo Thye, 76, had not caused her death.
