KOTA BARU: A mentally challenged woman who was found caged in a small room under a house in Tumpat in June will be handed over to the Welfare Department.
Raja Perempuan Zainab II Hospital (HRPZII) director, Datuk Dr Ghazali Hasni Md Hassan said Nasitah Yahya, 44, who was earlier placed at the HRPZII psychiatric ward, here, had been confirmed as a slow learner.
