Water supply in Klang Valley improving

PETALING JAYA: Water supply in Gombak has fully recovered with the supply in Kuala Lumpur rising to 85%, while the Petaling and Klang/Shah Alam areas remain at 90% and 77.5% respectively.

The improvements are due to the operation of the Sungai Selangor Phase 3 treatment plant which returned to normal levels, Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas) general manager Priscilla Alfred said in a statement.
